What’s the Real Answer to weight loss? Try this quick test:

  1. Do you do aerobics for 45 minutes four days a week?
  2. Do you lift weights two other days each week?
  3. Have you stopped eating junk?
  4. Outside of your job, is there something you deeply care about?
  5. Do you have a life partner who really cares about you — or a bunch of good friends?

If you can say yes to those questions, you have no need for ‘Younger Next Year’ (or its counterpart for females, Younger Next Year for Women.  However, if you said NO to any…or most of those questions you should really rethink what you are doing…with your health.

The show “Younger Next Year” caught my eye on the PBS TV station last week. So much so I bought the book (not telling you to buy it or not buy it, you decide). But I did to see if this is real. It probably is…Why? Because this is not about dieting. The author say there is not one diet that works. None and the stats prove it. ONCE you get off a diet you gain weight. I have a gut wrenching feeling this is a revolutionary and true science because it answers “hard” not easy questions and makes a statement, “it is hard work.” (That’s where most of us will leave this subject.) However, as you age, if you are in pain, can’t do what you used to and have tried everything else… Well stay with me…

The authors claim “you body will love what you are doing because it’s the way it was designed to work.” But, you have to get over the hurdle of being a couch potato. He then goes through and basically says you are either “idle and decaying” or “active and restoring/replacing.” There is a lot to this story… the following video will help to explain more…Authors Chris Crowley co-author with Henry S. Lodge talk about new breakthrough science on the body…in their book, YOUNGER NEXT YEAR. In it, they share the secrets to staying young in mind and body… at any age!
